  1. 5 oz fresh wild salmon
  2. 1 tbsp tsp low sodium soy sauce (can use Bragg liquid aminos)
  3. 1/2 lemon
  1. Place the salmon on foil, skin side down, drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice, wrap the foil up into a little pouch around the salmon. BBQ for 8-12 minutes depending on thickness of the salmon. The bonus is that the skin will stick to the foil the meat will easily come away.
  2. Serve with brown or wild rice with chopped grilled broccoli and asparagus tossed in.
  3. Enjoy!
