Overnight Muesli Oats

- 1/2 cup large flake oats
- 3/4 scoop good quality vanilla protein powder (preferably stevia sweetened)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened regular or vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
- 1/2 tbsp finely shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries
- I save & use my glass peanut/almond butter jars for these. You literally add all of the ingredients aside from the berries into the jar, put the lid on and shake, refrigerate overnight, add a handful of berries in the morning if you wish and these are ready to grab-and-go. Our kids love these too! Enjoy!
