These yummy little nuggets don't require any baking (right up my alley)...I hope that you enjoy them!
Oatmeal Banana Bites
Quick & yummy no bake little treats

- 1 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats (quick or regular flake - I used Bob's Redmill)
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed meal (again Bob's Redmill)
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (I use Pascha 88% dark)
- 2 - 3 tbsp's of almond or peanut butter (I use Once Again)
- 2 tbsp's honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Simply combine all of the ingredients, form into small balls (about tbsp size), let set in the refrigerator for an hour or more and enjoy!
- I have also made & like these with some protein powder added. Add in a scoop of chocolate, vanilla, or unsweetened protein powder to increase the protein content.
