Chocolate Yogurt

When I'm craving chocolate this chocolate yogurt always feels like an indulgence even though it's not a calorie laden one.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup non-fat or 3/4 cup low-fat plain Greek Yogurt
  2. 1 tbsp cocoa powder or 1/4 serving of chocolate protein powder
  3. Sweetleaf stevia to taste (if using the protein powder skip this as it's already sweetened!)
Instructions
  1. Mix everything up and enjoy!
Notes
  1. I like the Fage yogurt as it's so nice & thick!
