Ingredients
  1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1/2 cup of coffee
  3. 1 scoop good quality chocolate whey protein powder (can also use 1/2 vanilla for french vanilla)
  4. 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  5. **You can replace the flax or PB in the recipes with 1/4 avocado which really makes these shakes nice & creamy.
Notes
  1. You can also replace the peanut butter with 1/4 of an avocado which is just as decadent and creamy
